David Gowans

David Gowans is a full time practicing real estate broker in the Seattle and Tacoma area, serving Pierce, King and Kitsap counties, specializing in helping sellers navigate the home sales process and receive the highest possible return on their investments.

David has been a real estate agent since 2008, has sold over 100 homes for other people and several of his own. Having personally experienced what it's like to uproot your entire family for cross country and international moves, David has assisted both in corporate relocations and active duty military relocations.

From his national network of personally known real estate brokers to a wide local network of vendors and contractors, David has the resources to help a home owner or seller solve almost any problem and prepare that home for sale.
